Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://standingstoneconstructionpa.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Standing Stone Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Standing Stone Construction provides Roofing Services, Deck Installation, Vinyl Siding Installation, Framing Contractor, Vinyl Siding Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://standingstoneconstructionpa.com is the property of Standing Stone Construction or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Standing Stone Construction may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Standing Stone Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Standing Stone Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Standing Stone Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under PA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in PA for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
